BRRRR Invest — Event Liability Waiver & Media Release
By registering for the BRRRR Invest Cincinnati Renovation Workshop ("the Event"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk & Property Walkthrough Liability
You understand that the Event includes guided walkthroughs of real estate investment properties, which may include active construction sites, properties under renovation, vacant structures, and areas with uneven terrain or other potential hazards. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these walkthroughs. BRRRR Invest, its organizers, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or harm sustained during property visits or any other Event activities.
2. Media Release & Consent to Be on Camera
You consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded (including video, audio, and still photography) during the Event. You grant BRRRR Invest, its affiliates, and partners a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such recordings for any lawful purpose including but not limited to marketing, social media, educational content, promotional materials, and future event advertising.
3. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own health, safety, and personal belongings during the Event. You acknowledge that BRRRR Invest does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice during the Event and that any information shared is educational in nature.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BRRRR Invest and its organizers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the Event.
